Section 100
Full document to be returned
(1) If a document is submitted to the court in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 99, the court shall order its staff to verify whether or not the duplicate copy submitted in accordance with sub-section (4) of the same section is in accordance with the original document.
(2) After receiving the document according to sub-section (1), the employee shall certify that each page of such copy is correct in accordance with the law, after signing the written date and affixing the seal of the court.
(3) After being verified in accordance with sub-section (2), such employee shall affix the seal of the court on the back of such document, sign and date it, and return it to the party submitting such document.
(4) The court may order the relevant party to re-submit the full document returned as per sub-section (3) as required.
